A set of beech wood dining chairs and matching table, made in the 1950s-1960s by Fortress.
This retro set comprises of 4 compact dining chairs with slender beech wood frames (with an original golden teak woodtstain finish), with stylish walnut laminate curved backrests. They're finished with freshly upholstered seat pads, covered with a soft, smart looking grey fabric for a modern contrast.
There is a matching drop leaf table, which extends to a circle comfortably seating 4 without taking up much room, although it can fold back down to a 2 seater bistro table with ease. The table legs are tapered beech wood to match the chairs. The tabletop also has the glossy walnut laminate top finish, with only a couple of small age-related blemishes to the surface.
This is a stylish set, perfect for smaller spaces, with an easily wipeable and durable table top.
