We're unsure of the maker, however it's clearly in the style of Merrow Associates who produced sleek, high end chrome furniture in the 1970s. We'd date this example between the mid 1970s and mid 1980s.
It has a very simplistic, minimal form, with a practical toughened glass top which is great for mopping up food and drink spills!
The simple design lends itself well to most mid century and modern interiors, perhaps as a neutral, monochrome tone to balance out more vibrant colours and textures.
